After earning her Masters of Commerce degree, she immersed herself in the world of model making, gaining over a decade of hands-on experience. In 2018, driven by a passion for precision and creativity, she founded the company with a clear vision: to bring high-quality model making to life with unmatched efficiency and detail.
she plays a pivotal role in keeping the team aligned, motivated, and focused. Her leadership ensures that every project is completed on time, meets the highest standards of quality, and exceeds client expectations. Her dedication and drive are the foundation of the company’s success.

Tushar Shilimkar- Our CFO

With an MBA in Sales and Marketing, he brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to the financial operations of the company. As our Chief Financial Officer, he plays a crucial role in managing finances efficiently and ensuring the company’s growth remains steady and sustainable.
Beyond overseeing budgets and expenditures, he works closely with the team to plan projects that are both cost-effective and detail-oriented. A graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, he is the driving force behind the technical and innovation side of the company. With a visionary mindset and a passion for creativity, he played a key role in supporting his sister in launching the business, and has since become the backbone of its growth.
As the MD and CTO, he leads the charge in transforming ideas into reality. No matter how unique or complex a client's concept may be, he finds a way to bring it to life with precision and ingenuity. From advanced techniques to innovative solutions, he ensures every model is not just built—but imagined, engineered, and perfected. He is truly the brain behind the company’s innovation and technical excellence.

His strong industry network and keen understanding of market trends help bridge the gap between creativity and client expectations. He also works hand-in-hand with our CFO to ensure every project is budget-friendly and strategically aligned. With a background in MCVC Technical and Electronics Technical, he brings hands-on expertise and precision to every project. As the Executive Director, he leads all electrical and electronics aspects of the model—one of the most critical components that can truly make or break the final outcome.
From intricate lighting to dynamic features, he ensures every technical detail is flawlessly executed. His deep understanding of electrionics systems and commitment to perfection bring each model to life, making him an essential part of our creative process. Often called the "small brain" behind the model, his work may be behind the scenes, but its impact shines front and center
